Speech & Listening Therapy

WillieRoss > Outreach Services > Speech & Listening Therapy

Children who have been implanted with a cochlear implant need regular speech and listening therapy to make effective progress. The WRSD Outreach Division provides speech and listening therapy services to implanted children on a more consistent and long-term basis than can be provided by a school or local clinic.

In our program, children are allowed to progress through the program at their own pace. Our experienced staff uses listening programs that have been developed to help these children maximize the benefits of their implants.
