The Willie Ross School for the Deaf
Golden Anniversary Gala

Thursday, October 12, 2017

Willie Ross School for the Deaf is thrilled to be highlighting its past, present and future at the Golden Anniversary Gala taking place the evening of October 12, 2017 at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

This will be a special event with a keynote address from actor Anthony Natale, known for his role in the film Mr. Holland’s Opus and, more recently, on the television series Switched at Birth. He has also been in films such as Jerry McGuire and Children of a Lesser God. In addition, he co-stars in the soon to be released Todd Haynes film Wonderstruck, an adaptation of the book by Brian Selznick.

Our Master of Ceremonies for the evening is Kathy Tobin, who is most known for her many years as an anchorwoman for WGGB-TV’s abc40 News and FOX6 in Springfield.
